Topic: Cultural Commentary

In this week’s Thinking Out Loud episode, Nathan and Cameron discuss the public outcry regarding televangelist Jesse Duplantis’s appeal for a $54 million dollar private jet, as well as the national response to the Supreme Court ruling in Masterpiece Cakeshop vs. Colorado Civil Rights Commission. Though these stories differ drastically in their specific circumstances, both offer a highly revealing picture of the public perception of Christianity.
