About Us

Ravi Zacharias International Ministries is a global team of itinerant speakers with offices throughout the world in: the United States, the United Kingdom, Romania, the Middle East, India, Singapore, Hong Kong and Canada. Founded in 1984 by Ravi Zacharias, the vision of RZIM is fourfold:

Evangelism with a particular focus on skeptics, cultural influencers and critical thinkers
Apologetics that addresses current issues and the intellectual struggles related to these concerns, and the humanitarian needs of those at risk within a society
Spiritual Disciplines that focus the mind and heart on the glory of God
Training that comes alongside the Church or concerned Christians worldwide so that the mandate of I Peter 3:15 might be fulfilled—to set apart Christ in our hearts as Lord and always be prepared to give a reason for the hope that is within us, with gentleness and respect, all for the glory of God.

Mission Statement

The primary mission of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries is to support, expand and enhance the preaching, teaching and vision of Ravi Zacharias. Distinctive in its strong evangelistic and apologetic foundation, it is intended to touch both the heart and the intellect of the thinkers and opinion-makers of society and to REACH and CHALLENGE those who shape the ideas of a culture with the credibility of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

A Global Perspective

RZIM has been gifted with a unique blend of international speakers who understand today’s global culture. The Speaking Team’s diverse experience enables them to transcend national and cultural differences to engage audiences throughout the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

A Global Reach
People see and understand the unique ability of RZIM to view questions from various cultural perspectives, shedding insight into often unnoticed assumptions and cultural prejudices. This is why the speakers receive the types of invitations they do: they understands the complexity of different cultures, yet they also understand the ability of the Gospel to reach into each culture.

A Reputation of Excellence, Respect, and Integrity

A global perspective is insufficient without a pattern of trustworthiness and respect. As Ravi often says, there is no use in offering someone a rose if you have just cut off their nose. The Speaking Team understands that without love, faithfulness, and personal integrity the message of grace often goes unheard.

Strategy: A Four-Pronged Approach to Accomplishing RZIM’s Vision

Our four pronged approach is:

	EVANGELISM
	Daily, RZIM's itinerants travel throughout the world articulating the beauty and credibility of the Gospel and speaking truth in love through open forums, closed-door sessions, training events, community outreach, youth apologetics, various media (including radio, Internet and podcasting to name a few), and other venues.

	APOLOGETICS
	RZIM is a global ministry that seeks to communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world. At its essence, apologetics is the art and science of Christian persuasion: communicating the relevance, coherence, and reasonableness of the Christian Gospel to skeptics, cultural influencers, and critical thinkers across the globe.

	SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES
	RZIM strives to model and build Christ-like character through our books, CDs, DVDs, radio, television and online offerings. Just Thinking and Let My People Think Radio Programming RZIM's two radio programs, Just Thinking and Let My People Think, provide a much-needed voice: a compelling delivery of biblical truth in truth-starved times suited for the seeker and skeptic, as well as both new and long-time Christians. RZIM also offers a daily email, A Slice of Infinity, which delivers words of challenge, truth, and hope designed to provide its readers with the opportunity to further examine their beliefs, culture, and the unique message of Jesus Christ.

	TRAINING
	RZIM stands in the gap between the church and the world to reach the minds of men and women with the credibility of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; to equip this generation of Christians with a culturally relevant apologetic, enabling them to contend for their faith; to enter arenas of resistance and reclaim ground lost to skepticism and secularism; to impact leaders in their sphere of influence on matters of character and discipline so that both heart and mind are in tune with the heart and mind of God.
