How much will ReFresh cost?
Refresh will cost $249 per student.
I’m a youth leader. Can I attend with my group?
If you are a youth pastor or leader of a youth group and are bringing your young people to ReFresh then you are welcome to attend with them for $249. You are welcome to be in the auditorium with your group throughout the sessions.
If I’m a parent/chaperone bringing my teenagers to ReFresh, can I attend ReFresh?
If you are a parent or chaperone bringing young people to ReFresh you have two options:
- Drop your young people off at ReFresh in time for the morning session and pick them up at the end of the day.
- Attend with your young people and watch the ReFresh sessions from our specially-dedicated, on-site parents/chaperone live stream room. We would ask you not to attend the sessions in the auditorium, as our desire is to limit the age group in the auditorium to young people and the team. If you choose this option please register at a cost of $39. This price will include lunch.
I’m an adult youth leader and would like to attend ReFresh but I will not be bringing any young people with me, can I still attend?
If you are currently employed as a youth worker and would like to attend ReFresh you are welcome to register. We will ask you to tell us which church you work for.
My young people are legally minors. Are they your responsibility or mine?
Many of the young people attending ReFresh will be under 18. For this reason we would ask you to carefully read through the parental consent waiver that we have produced. Both of the waiver documents must be signed and returned to us in order for your young person to attend ReFresh.
I can’t attend every day: can I attend on a couple of days? Is there a day delegate rate?
No. The rate is the same for the whole conference, but you are free to attend however many days your schedule allows.
Will ReFresh be live streamed?
To showcase the ReFresh program on Thursday and Friday evening, we will live stream the evening talks by Ravi Zacharias and Vince Vitale. This will be streamed for free on RZIM.org.
